From February 2017 to October 2017 I volunteered in the Advanced Heart Failure Center at the Sentara Heart Hospital. My duties as a volunteer were copying, scanning, and filing paperwork for the office. I called patients to remind them of their upcoming appointments and anything that they might need to complete or bring in with them for their appointments (i.e. medications they were taking, insurance cards, or blood work papers). When the patients arrived I assisted on checking them in.
